Summer Skincare Crave List: Lumene Vitamin C Skin Cocktail, Lioele Water Drop Sleeping Pack

Summer Skincare Lumene Vitamin C Cocktail Lioele Water Drop Sleeping Pack

Last week I posted my Summer Makeup crave list, and now it’s skincare’s turn! Y’all know I’m obsessed with skincare, and while I’m very happy with my current skincare routine, relying largely on rosehip oil, I’ve always got my eye on some new, bright and shiny skincare products. Here’s what I’m craving for summer skincare.

1. Lumene Bright Now Vitamin C Skin Cocktail

Lumene Bright Now Vitamin C Dry Skin Cocktail

I didn’t have much luck with Lumene’s BB cream, but that was more about the texture than efficacy. And who can not swoon over the colorful, bold packaging of this skin cocktail? This is a brightening, moisturizing serum, aka my Achilles’ heel. Product description:

“Lumene Skin Cocktail is developed for nourishing and brightening skin with Vitamin C and antioxidant-rich Arctic berries. It combines the benefits of a Vitamin C Serum and a silky smooth face oil to provide a glowing but not greasy finish.”$17 on Amazon.

2. Hadalabo Gokujun Hyaluronic Lotion
HadaLabo-Gokujyun-Moisture-Milk This little baby with the indecipherable text is incessantly recommended as one of the top Japanese skincare products (it’s a huge bestseller in Japan). It functions as a toner but has hyaluronic acid, which is one of the most beneficial ingredients for your skin as it’s moisturizing and anti-aging.

Product description: “Hada Labo Gokujyun Super Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Lotion instantly hydrates skin and helps preserve its optimum moisture balance. Replenishes and locks-in moisture for complete hydration. Skin feels significantly soft and supple. Helps improve dry and dehydrated skin, leaving it silky smooth. Skin pH balanced. Low irritation. Free of fragrances, mineral oil, alcohol and colorant.” $14 on Amazon.

3. Lioele Water Drop Sleeping Pack

The Korean beauty industry has got moisturizing products (and skincare in general) nailed down, and while I love their sheet masks, I don’t love that they tend to cost $10 for four masks. This leave-on overnight mask replenishes and then seals in moisture – and is made with Swiss Alpine extract. It is non-sticky and absorbs on skin quickly.

$13 on Amazon.

4. SkinOwl Mangosteen Beauty Drops
Anyone who knows me knows I’m obsessed with mango, so the thought of my favorite facial product (oil for skincare) being mango-scented makes me positively swoon. This is unfortunately a dream product as it’s $85, but it sounds divine if you can afford it – a “superfruit oil” that is anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-inflammatory.
